This paper investigated the teacher's instruction value orientation in the kindergarten handwork activity by the rising qualitative research of social science. We selected a teacher called Youran from Tongtong kindergarten in Changchun city. She is a full-time teacher of the children handwork activity room, which was set up firstly by her. On the basis of understanding and supporting the kindergarten teacher, by means of observation, discussion, collecting case information, the teacher's instruction value orientation behave characteristic is opened up. From a view of the kindergarten teacher, the influence factors of instruction orientation was searched and investigated deeply,finally the expectation of teacher's instruction value orientation was expressed. This paper is made up of five parts:Part 1 In this paper we firstly state the reasons why the paper was done, define the concept, elaborate the theory and practice value of it.Part 2 Investigation process descriptation: The investigation process was expounded from five views of choosing methods, sampling, collecting information, investigating rethinking, investigation effect and problems about ethic and moral.Part 3 Qualitative research of the teacher's instruction value orientation in children handwork movement. State of the teacher's instruction value orientation was described and analyzed on the basis of observation, discussion and information collection .Part 4 Discussion of the result: The case investigating result was analyzed theoretically and explored from the whole characteristic and influence factors of the kindergarten teacher'instruction value orientationPart 5 Expectation: We analyze and prospect the education phenomenon, set out our macroscopical education suggestions and value orientation, and hope to inject new blood and energy to the education state.
