The achievement goal theory is now the front topic of achievement motivation research.After this theory was proposed at the beginning of 1980s, the domestic and foreignmultitudinous researchers have given it enormous attention, and launched massive richresearch on it, now the achievement goal influence factor, the achievement goal function aswell as the development characteristic has obtained the plentiful research results. So far, theachievement goal theory already developed into relatively perfect and mature motivationtheory. But, in some aspects also has the conclusion not identically with the research weakphenomenon.This research used questionnaire survey method, unified the achievement goal theoryand mathematics discipline, inspected relationship between the mathematics achievementgoal,mathematics anxiety,general well-being and mathematics achievement of students inGrade One of high school, using the partial correlation analysis and the variance analysis, andhas carried on the inspection to the student different goal group's effect under the achievementgoal trichotomy structure.The results showed as below,(1) the male students in Grade One of high school adopted higher mastery goal inmathematics study compared to the female student, male , female student inperformance-approach and performance-avoidance goals don't have the difference.(2) high male students have higher mathematics mastery goal than performance-approach goal which is higher than performance-avoidance goal;But the mathematicsmastery goal and performance-approach goal of female students in Grade One of high schoolhas no discrepancy to leave, and all is higher than performance-avoidance goal.(3)studies showed, regardless of male,female student all mastery goal is adaptive goaltype, performance -avoidance goal is no-adaptive, but performance -approach goal withthose variables does not have the remarkable correlation.(4) the male,female students are different in using goal orientation type. To the malestudents mathematics low mastery/high performance-approach/high performance-avoidancegoal group is the least favored goal group, high mastery/ high performance-approach/lowperformance-avoidance goal group and high mastery/low performance-approach/lowperformance-avoidance the goal group (high mastery group) is the most favored goal group;regarding the female students, high mastery/low performance-approach/ high performance-avoidance goal group is the most favored goal group, but mathematics low mastery/highperformance-approaches/high performance-avoidance goal group and low mastery/lowperformance-approach/high performance-avoidance goal group (high performance-avoidan-ce goal group) is the least favored.
