Instructional designers are some people who are based on theoretical basis, responsiblefor the organization and planning teaching for learners efficient learning.As the practitioners of the instructional design applications, they have many professionalskills and the skills provide greater help for the developments of the related fields.In the present, there is less research on instructional designers in the domestic, and thetheoretical study is still exploring. On this basis, through analysis ofthe undergraduate curricula of educational technology professional, and the employment ofinstructional designers, the teaching objectives and curriculum knowledge distribution pointsin American, this papers has made training courses for instructional designers teaching in ourcolleges and universities, analyzed the specific cases, and promoted instructional designersentering a new stage of development.
