The convocation of the national basic education working conference and Shanghai basic education working conference, has raised a very clear request in advancing quality-oriented education in an all-round way. As shanghai is marching toward the international metropolis, it will take " structure and take internationalization metropolis as the background, moral education as its core, regard training students' initiative spirit and practice ability as the focal point, studying the transition of the way as the characteristic and taking using the modern information technology as sign in the course system "all of these are the basic demands in the change of the second stage of lesson. The ideology and politics lesson is a leading channel in moral of middle school, we should strengthen thought moral education and humane accomplishment in a planned way, in order to give play to the whole moral function of course, cultural function of humane accomplishment and to strengthening the actual effect of educating. So, in line with carrying out the request for the scientific development view and improvement ideology and politics lesson teaching, with the need of promoting the innovation of the ideology and politics lesson to and in line with the need of the healthy and all-round developing in student's individual character, we are putting forwards to strengthening the request of the humane education in the ideology and politics lesson.This text divides five parts.First part introduces the concept of the humane education and several stages of humanistic education development.Second part expounds the meaning of strengthening the humanistic education in the ideology and politics lesson. It analyses mainly for three respects: First, the implementation of the human education in our ideology and politics lesson is the request of carrying out scientific development temple.Second, it is also a request for strengthening quality-oriented education; Third, the humanistic education which is implemented in the ideology and politics lesson can even improve our teaching of ideology and politics and meet the need of promoting the innovation of ideology and politics lesson.The third part of this article discusses emphatically that the ideology and politics lesson in high-middle school strengthens the humanistic education in its content , principle and way to realize it.The main content of strengtheningthe humanistic education in ideology and politics lesson is to let students learn to move , let students learn to thinking philosophic, let students learn the moral rethinking.. The article puts forward the living principle, extensive principle, close-by principle and experiential principle are the basic principles of strengthening the humanistic education of ideology and politics lessons. The teacher should establish the teaching thought of" regard the development of students as target "; Pay attention to emotion teaching, strengthen the humanistic atmosphere of the ideology and politics lesson; Reform the form of teaching, strengthen students' cooperative research study on their own in class; Perfect the way of appraisal, guarantee the effective implementation of the purpose of the humanistic education in ideology and politics lesson, all the above-mentioned four respects are the realizing means which could make the strengthen the humanistic education in ideology and politics lesson come true. The fourth part proposes that in order to strengthening the humanistic education in ideology and politics lessons, we need to promote the humanistic training of political teacher. It analyses the necessity of promoting teacher's humanistic accomplishment of ideology and politics and the need to promoting the content of humanistic training. There are almost five parts in it, begin from making the ideas of educating people at first; Substantiate people's humanistic literature knowledge constantly; Strengthen the ethical training of the teachers, strengthen the personal glamour of teacher; Promote scientific spirit; Found the democratic and equal atmosphere in class and form a harmonious interpersonal relationships etc.Finally, the fifth part Brief analysis that campus culture resources are the important carrier on which the strengthen of the humanistic education in ideology and politics lesson could achieved tangible results, in order to strengthen in ideology and politics lesson and get a tangible result, we should pay attention collective construction of class and formation of the atmosphere in class and should organize students to participate in the cultural activity of the campus actively at the same time .
