In the 1970s Bandura put forward the theory of self-efficacy, which suggested new ways of improving the students' achievements. Lots of research done have proved that self-efficacy is in relevance with the students' achievements.From the end of the 1970s to the middle of the 1980s, Bandura focused on the research of self-efficacy (SE). Afterward, he (1986) suggested that the growing interdependence of human functioning placed a premium on the exercise of collective agency through shared beliefs in the power to produce effects by collective action. Research on the functional effects of collective efficacy (CE) is being firmly carried out all over the world.At present, research on CE in China is only on the basic theoretical level. In the currently presented several papers, people just talked about the theoretical bases on the extending process from SE to CE and the probability to apply CE in primary school. Several researches that have been done are concerned about the influence of teacher's collective efficacy upon students' achievements and teacher's stress and about relationships between collective efficacy and the athlete's achievements. Yet no research has been done on the relations between students' collective efficacy, achievements and test anxiety.Student's collective efficacy is the perception of studying ability of the whole class in which the students study as a whole group. It is a belief which is formed through a long time of experience of repeated failure and success. The belief is deeply rooted in the value system of the students, which is a mixture of cognition, emotion, will and behavior, not a temporary feeling and which is lasting and relatively fixed, functioning as a great power.
