This study researches the students’ test anxiety, self-efficacy, and the current situation and problems of flow in Grade One of Shenyang key middle schools, and discusses the relationship among the flow, the test anxiety, and self-efficacy. This research aims at understanding the relationship among flow, self-efficacy and test anxiety for these students who have higher IQ and better family background in Grade One of senior high school so that the high school students know how to better get flow and self-efficacy. This research mainly adopts the method of random sampling in Experimental Middle School in Shenyang, Yucai Middle School, and No.2 Senior High School in Shenyang. There are 212 senior students who are considered as the subjects. The researcher adopts the flow state scale, the self-efficacy scale(GSES), and test anxiety scale(TAS) as research instruments, which are describing about the present situation and further exploring the relationship among the three. And the following results are formed: Firstly, the students in Grade One in senior high school in Shenyang have no difference for test anxiety about gender, the student cadre, and the one-child variables. Secondly, the students in Grade One in key middle school high school of Shenyang have obvious differences for the flow about gender, the student cadre variables. Boys are higher than the girls in several factors: clear objectives, clear feedback, loss of consciousness. The cadres is significantly higher than the cadres in several dimensions of sense of controlling, the balance between challenges and skills, the connection of action and consciousness, and clear goals. Thirdly, there is no significant difference for the flow to the students in Grade One in senior high school in Shenyang about the one-child variables. Fourthly, self-efficacy and flow experience have a very significant positive correlation to the students in Grade One in senior high school in Shenyang. Self-efficacy has a positive effect on the flow. Fifthly, the examination anxiety has certain correlation with immersion to the students in Grade One in senior high school in Shenyang. Sixthly, there is no correlation between test anxiety and self-efficacy to the students in Grade One in senior high school in Shenyang.
