Based on extensive and thorough survey of electromagnetic teaching, I present new developments of modern physics education and existing problems in this thesis. The majority of students find physics excessively abstract and difficult. I provide essential compliment and extension to this problem.The teaching of important concepts and difficulties starts with simple examples and gradually increases the depth and scope. It centres on the concept of field, includes the description and analyses of polarization field strength, the electrostatic shielding of electric dipole, equipotential lines and power lines, the eccentricspherical capacitor's capacitance. Detailed explanations are given to possible confusion and ambiguity.This paper is arranged as following:1. Study of the polarization field strength inside ellipsoid in a homogeneous dielectric;2. Study of electrostatic shielding of electric dipole;3. Description of electrical potential lines and power lines4. Solution to bispherical coordinate system5. Research on modern physics education techniques.Aiming at important concepts and possible ambiguities, we provide a general framework of electromagnetics.This paper offers reference on the instruction of electromagnetics, helps students apprehend electromagnetism. This paper adopts new methodologies to solve existing problems. In the meantime, new problems emerge. The results in this paper accelerate the development of the theory into further profundity and precision.
