In junior high school physics teaching, electric power is recognized the difficulty and test regular examination center, it in the teaching activities occupies very important position. Literature research shows that many educators (mainly the first line of middle school physics teachers) in teaching new courses designed to put in a lot of effort for this part,design ideas and teaching mode is also constantly updated. But there are few researchers to study the teaching activity design of the comprehensive review of the electric power. Therefore, on the basis of previous studies, the author tried to carry out a comprehensive review of electric power teaching design.Under the new curriculum reform,classroom teaching has changed from the traditional single teaching mode to a diversified and integrated teaching mode. But in the process of change, it is difficult for the teachers to coordinate the relationship between different teaching modes. This topic to construct theory as the basis, try to integrate the traditional teaching mode and inquiry teaching mode has the advantages of, incandescent bulbs in series and parallel for the material to help students solve the learning difficulties encountered in the content of electric power. This instructional design emphasis on guiding students to think and discuss in the real physical context, and not to give up the advantages of the traditional teaching mode mode to calculate. The whole teaching around the core issue of light bulb brightness, and guide the students from energy conversion point of view to understand the determinants of the brightness of the bulb, lets the student experience from perceptual knowledge to semi quantitative analysis, and then to the whole process of quantitative calculation. Through theoretical analysis and experimental control, to increase students’confidence and familiarity with scientific methods, and according to the actual electric power to predict the brightness of the light bulb, learn to solve some practical problems. Such traditional teaching mode and inquiry teaching model are coordinated and combined with the actual life to review the related knowledge, can increase interest in physical review class, improve the enthusiasm of students to learn and apply physics knowledge to solve practical problems in physics ability, to master and review the purpose of knowledge.
