At present, the new curriculum reform of elementary education in our country has beenput to practice, which makes the research of the new curriculum implementation in ruraleducation become the focus of the people. Yet the problem of alteration, which is one ofimportant problem curriculum implementation, is very obvious from the integrity ofcurriculums plan and rural area. Meanwhile, this problem is an unavoidable one in the ruralelementary education. The thesis tends to make a profound analysis of its reasons andcountermeasures.At the present, the region of the rural education should pace with the times, and theobject should be country pupil. So in this thesis, the rural education is an organization that theobject is country pupil in the country area of low productivity.The research on the curriculum implementation in the country shows: most of thecountry schools have accepted the concept of the new curriculum that has been set upprimarily, and they have obtained a lot of experience. Meanwhile, there are so manydeficiencies, such as the effect of curriculum goal is not ideal;the stability of the localcurriculum is badly;the effect of the new curriculum implementation is not good;parts ofcity-incline textbooks disagree with country school;the course of curriculum implementationis very formalistic;physical curriculum resource is lacking and material resource has not beenexploited adequately;the evaluation reform can not match the curriculum reform, and so on.The alteration in the process of curriculum implementation is inevitable from the angleof value orientation, curriculum managing system, the content of curriculum and theevaluation of curriculum. It is difficult to analyze the alteration completely. According aseffect, two effects – active effect and positive effect – are differentiated.The alteration in the process of curriculum implementation is the result of co-function ofmany factors. From the curriculum itself, it includes the value orientation of pre-curriculum,the applicability of curriculum and the resources of he curriculum in rural schools. The innerreason of education itself: cooperation, evaluation, curriculum managing mechanism and thedevelopment of teachers, outer reasons: social culture and the requirement of the newcurriculum reform and some other outer factors.To get the best effect of application of curriculum is the final purpose of restraining thenegative effect brought by alternation, and motivating the positive side. From the angle of thecarriers, the following questions should be focused. Giving the alteration an accuratecognition, improving the level of teachers, making use of diverse strategies of curriculumimplementation, establishing scholastic teaching system, establishing three-hierarchycurriculum system, strengthening intercommunion between the decision-maker andexecutants, accelerating the evaluation reform.
