Now the world has go into a information era which developed quickly, the competition between countries has been the compete of talented people .The talented people here referees to those people with creativity and imagination, talented people is cultivate by education, hence it is of great importance that grow students creative mood and creative ability through education. For ages, the raising questions model of teacher-student is often adopted in class. But the student'raising question has important significance. The research makes the hypothesis that the ability of student'raising questions can be cultivated through teaching model of"physical situations and posing problem"in the given physical situations, and with improving the ability, the students'achievement is also improved accordingly.For validating the hypothesis, the research investigated the situation of student'raising questions through questionnaires. The paper analyzed the research background of teaching model of"physical situations and posing problem"in high School, revealed its meaning and elaborated its theory foundations and actualizing principles and strategies of teaching model of"physical situations and posing problem"in high School, Carry out research of practice of teaching model of"physical situations and posing problem"at different school, count and the analyze the experiment data, generalized practical effect, counter thinking the result of study, and look into the future of result of study.
