It requires teachers to analyze and recognize critically and consciously his teaching conduct and teaching process. Compared with the traditional teaching practice, reflective teaching pays special attention to a teacher's reflecting competence and research abilities, which encourages the teacher to adopt an active attitude towards his teaching, creatively solves problems, and emphasizes the co-operation and dialogue between teachers and students and among teachers themselves.
