In recent years, with the current situation of the nationwide reform in fundamental education curricula and the arising of reflective teaching in international society, English teachers began to pay much more attention to the reflective teaching.Reflective Teaching is the application and embodiment of "reflection" in teaching activities, which is a conduct that requires a teacher to reflect his teaching behavior continually, to consider his embodiment of "reflection" in teaching activities, and to take his teaching activities and teaching circumstances as his cognitive targets. It requires teachers to analyze and recognize critically and consciously his teaching conduct and teaching process. It is also the process of combining "learning how to teach" with "learning how to learn" to promote the ratio nativity of the teaching practice and make himself a scholarly teacher. Compared with the traditional teaching practice, reflective teaching pays special attention to a teacher's reflecting competence and research abilities, which encourages the teacher to adopt an active attitude towards his teaching, creatively solves problems, and emphasizes the co-operation and dialogue between teachers and students and among teachers themselves.
