This Research is intended to â‘  identify the main theme of the higher education of China in the people-oriented time, i.e. based on development of students, to cultivate their critical-thinking, innovative-thought and creative-personality and facilitate them to have a good command of the methodologies of philosophy and Systems Science and learning methods, thus heightening their ability of independent innovation and practice; â‘¡ to construct and conclude new methodologies, research modes and specific methods and techniques to speed up development of personality education and promote therewith the national modernization of China, esp. that of western region via inheritance, introduction and innovation.This Article has herein reached five conclusions: â‘  natural science is not the only mode of science. Humanities such as the personality education should not stop at the level of individual human creativity, while they should dig in-depths in quest of laws therein; accordingly, objectivity "based on facts and targeting laws and evaluated by practice" should also apply to humanities; â‘¡ it is imperative to distinguish humane creative activities and the study on laws of human spiritual creative activities; for the former, humanistic methodology focuses on personal experience/understanding, introspection, intuition, imagination and insight; while the latter still has to fully cover the role of insight and personal understanding and irrational factors without excluding positivistic methods as analysis, generalization, conclusion and induction, and therewith resort to categories and laws to represent research results, as is the key to understand the scientificalness, features and characteristics of disciplines (i.e. combination of objectivity and values) and independent innovation; â‘¢ disciplinary methodology of the national personality education based on Marxist philosophy, traditional Chinese philosophy, modern western philosophy and Systems...
