The Research On The Construction Of The Research University Campus Culture

Campus culture refers to the combination of all the material civilizations, institutional civilizations, spiritual civilizations and their progresses of formation, which have been created by the college's administrative personnel, teachers and students in the fields of education, teaching, administration and service activities on campus. Campus culture mainly comprises the level of material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture .As a regional subculture of the social culture, campus culture itself has special educational effect. And the effect of development to social culture becomes more important in the knowledge-economy era. Meanwhile, enhancing the research university campus culture and establishing positive campus culture condition is of momentous current significance to undergraduates' healthy growth and realizing the goal of establishing the research university.This thesis puts forward the guiding ideology, principles and basic methods about the research university campus culture and the basic conception, structure ,the features of research university, the present situation, and its tendency. From my point of view: first, we should establish identity system by using CIS strategy; secondly, we should strengthen students' technological innovation activities; thirdly, we should combine the construction of campus culture with academic construction; fourthly, we should make institutional innovation at the core of establishing a modern university system; fifthly, we should develop the campus spirit with the guide of university. Trying to provide a reliable reference for construction of the research university campus culture.
