Non-linear science & research of complexity provide much enlightenment and reference to education; education is a multi-body, complex, open system, the characteristics of non-linear and complexity present in the existing form of education, the process of individual development, classroom teaching as well as the process of morality teaching. Also they present in the systematical knowledge and the cultivation of creative thinking as well as the management of teaching. Proper education should accord with the individual non-linear development, which contributes to realizing their potential abilities concerning their all-round qualities. This demonstrates the direction of development for the education nowadays, and guides all-side innovation in the educational area through the reform in the evaluation system of exams, making it take on a new look;_besides, this also enlightens new perspectives of education, curriculum new strategy of education and new " managerial strategy.Teaching is the unity of linear and nonlinear qualities. The linear qualities approximate non-linear qualities to some degree. The classroom teaching, morality teaching, as well as the fostering of individual creative abilities, etc. should depend on linear and non-linear conception, ideas of probability and certainty and the standpoint of the unity of classroom manipulation and creative thinking. Adequate open system and effective , positive information-confusing strategy, intended to form the rise and fall of other branch systems, contribute to the formation of the orderly dissipating structure. Moderate control is required to avoid the negative impact. What is mentioned is meant to realize their potential of all-round abilities.
