This paper makes the research on the issues of the future developments of the community sports clubs in China with the methods of the documental materials, interview methods and so on. This paper analyses the major effective aspects of the future developments of the community sports clubs in China, after which this paper reveals the characters of the following three steps: primitive developments, fast developments, rape and completion. And in the end, this paper offers the counter strategies of the future developments of the community sports clubs in China.This research shows: The development of community sports clubs is mainly influenced by individuals, society and the clubs, (the leisure time, cultivated level, income and desire of sports of community people),(the economic level, the sports development's arrangements and laws and policy, the level of the whole society, the social environments and local traditional customs),(clear goals, desire to cooperate, good communication, laws and rules, isolated rights, developed management, leadership and the anticipate rate of community people). The desire to sports of the people and the satisfactions "combine" is the inner drive to the existences and developments of the community sports clubs in China. While the pull and supports from the government are the outer push, and the desire of the common people is the future developments' base of the community sports clubs in China. The community sports clubs in china has grown from nowadays disordered and without good arrangements situation to ordered, steady development and high self-governed situation with the compulsory functions of governments' arrangement, citizens in communities' participations and clubs' self-governed.
