Study On The Development Mechanism Of Fujian Province National Community Sports Clubs

To promote the "Sport into the community" better fully operational from the beginning of2004 the State Sports General Administration launched the implementation of the pilot national community sports fitness club.So now how these pilot units construction? What led demonstration experience? What problems still exist? To background as the basis,this study was to the scholars,research status quo of community sports clubs and mechanism research on the development of national community sports club theory,based on the literature material law,field interview method,questionnaire survey research methods,such as in 2015 has passed the national examination and approval of Fujian province six state-level community sports club development mechanism has carried on the investigation and analysis,the results of the study for:1.A national community sports club by the relevant state institutions after a series of assessment criteria for approval,its positioning is a service,non-profit entities and binding,with a demonstration lead operative,replicable community sports clubs.2.The development of national mechanisms for community sports clubs by security,management,power,four aspects constitute the guide.3.The National Community Development Mechanism in Fujian sports clubs there is a problem:(1)in the presence of security mechanisms: funds,sources of funding and the lack of a single;with insufficient space,facilities and the inability to timely maintenance;fitness programs and the lack of a single professional sports guidance;lack of personnel with professional experience in management organizations;indefinite for the dissemination of knowledge and lack of physical education and health issues such as physical fitness;(2)the presence in the management mechanism: within the club about the information,the problem can 't be on the lower level management timely communication and feedback between managers and staff as well as members;the lack of personnel for the management and members of the high efficiency of management measures;sports facilities,equipment,open,use,maintenance and management still needs improvement;lack of funding scientific and rational allocation of management and other issues;(3)the power mechanisms exist: for a national policy on community sports club in Fujian,regulations have not yet perfect;the actual situation of community sports activities is not optimistic;the concept of sportsconsciousness and deep into the masses still moderate problem;(4)in the guide mechanisms exist: the national policy on the development of community sports clubs in Fujian Province,introductory regulations still need to improve;external and internal mechanisms guide the development of the construction of the club is still not perfect and so on.4.For the problem of national Community Sports Club Development Mechanism to propose a solution for sustainable development in Fujian Province summarized as follows:(1)The necessity of the transformation of government functions;(2)To establish and perfect the related policy and regulations;(3)Improve the sports consciousness of community residents and increase the time of sports leisure;(4)Expand diversified sports service supply channels;(5)The coordinated development of the three party in the government market and the community;(6)" Community recreation center " in conjunction with the construction of community sports clubs;(7)Building community public resource sharing model.
