In the new background of the course reform,'ideology and politics'for junior has been changed into'ideology and moral character'. The content of the text book was greatly revised, which highlights its function of people training, emphasizes the idea of taking people as the bass and attaches the importance to students'experience and realization. It also pays attention to the growing process of students'virtue. experiential Learning, therefore, becomes the new course reform's focus. As teachers, we should know how to make students finish experiential Learning in classes is our important task, and how to apply to teaching method of learning through practice is the deserving exploring subject. The essay firstly gives the description of the understanding of this teaching method and the necessity of using it. Secondly, it describes that according to the concrete conditions in our rural school, how we can apply to this method to try hard to find out a practical teaching pattern so that students'good ideology and moral character and their healthy personality can be brought up. Also, it discusses about the problem existing in using this teaching method, and talks especially about how to explore and make the most of rural course resources, give full play to rural middle school's advantages and make up for its disadvantages to bring up qualified,law—abiding,responsible students. Thus we can make them grow up to be true man and bring benifit to people in this area.
