Recently, our country advances the idea of developing secondary vocational education and open up the resources of vocational education powerful, improving quanlity in secondary vocational education, training thousands of high level laborhood.Cooking art in secondary vocational school is one of the professional reqired cources. According to practical ability of such school students, education on cooking art should attach more importance to the feature of professional teaching, make great efforts on combining teaching with practical development of diet industry, pay more attention to integrating theory with practice and improve studentsˊaecthetic judgment and basic work ability by means of training on elementary knowledge and career ability. Exploring educational approch on cooking art can not go without itself, and even artistic education. What is to promote the development of cooking art and its education of artisitic judgment and invention are becoming a new theme that is the guidance of education on cooking art.The highest goal, which china′s cooking seeks, is to stick to the principle of viewing human as the priority and emphasis on synthetical effect of diet on physical health, notice the way to keep in good health and enjoydelicious diet, fully meet with physical and physiological needs, stress integrating science with art , which means we should not only lay stress on science but also on art. Thus, in terms of secondary vocational education on cooking art , we should seek the way of education both in artisitic form and cultural spirit. Only in this way can improve students′aesthetic judgment and cooking ability and develop cultivating high level cooking agents.
