| By using the method of literature, investigation, this paper studied the present situation of Wushu social organization in Shanxi province, discussed the role of Wushu social organization in modern society, analyzed the causes which affect the development of Wushu social organization in Shanxi province, so that to put forward countermeasure correspondingly. This paper proposes to provide the decision references for the management department with management policy and regulation, and in the same time to provide the reference for the routine work of Wushu social organization, so that this paper can make these Wushu social organization can display its advantage and promote the inheritance and development of Wushu in today's society successfully.This paper have discussed the founction of Wushu social organization in modern society: the development of Wushu social organization is the direction and impetus of Wushu's socialization reform from the public society;Wushu social organization plays an active role in circulating Chinese traditional culture and strengthening the national cohesion;It also plays an essential role in developing the Wushu among the masses, meeting the masses various requirements and establishing our harmony society.The studies of the Wushu social organization in Shanxi province show that: (1) Wushu social organization in Shanxi province distribute widely. At present except for the martial art association at province rank, all the staff of organization is voluntary, all of the organizations have rules, but most of them have no regular office, and some of them have no legal person identity. (2) The scale of the Wushu social organization in Shanxi province is not big, but these organizations is active and its way of activity is flexible and variousin general. Now the content of these organizations activity mainly consist on holding game and fistic-training, but most of the organizations pay little attention on the studies of traditional Wushu culture and theory. (3) Most of these organizations are informal, its internal management mechanism is not sound and its organization decision has not more widely member representation. (4) The source of capital chiefly comes from raising money in the society, not depending on the government's fund in general. Now these organizations have no stable capital source and its financial supervision mainly depends on internal supervision. (5) The management department laid stress on the management and supervision of the Wushu social organization but couldn't provide more actual support. (6) In order to get more support from various circles, these organizations paid attention to the function of public relations but the initiative of using public media is insufficient now. (7) The main cause which affects the development of the Wushu social organization in Shanxi province is that: The capital of organization is insufficient, the ability of raising money is not strong;organization is not sound, staffs are deficient;the management department laid special stress on the sports Wushu but paid little attention to the development of civil Wushu social organization comparatively;the idea of the management department is out-of-date, the self-management of the Wushu social organization is confined;the work efficiency of these social organization is not high, and Wushu social organization lack the deep and correct understanding of the importance of work of social organization by themselves;works of the Wushu social organization is short of support form the present policy and regulations.Aiming at the problems which lay in the development of Wushu social organization, the author puts forward some corresponding countermeasure (1) Social organization should reinforce the communication and contact with management department. (2) Accelerate the management department's idea and way of management. (3) Complete the organized system of Wushu social organization. (4) Reinforce the assessment of civil Wushu social organization.(5) Broaden new sources of revenue.
