The Investigation Analysis On Path Constitution And Using Of National Fitness In Henan Province

Our government promulgated outline of the nationwide body-building plan in 1995.In order to cooperate to put the plan into practice, State physical Culture administration has extracted investment partly from income of sports lottery, ploughed into the construction of sports facility in community of developed and developing cities, setting up nation-wide body-building path. The cover area of construction of sports facility in community has amplified constantly, and the quantity has increased constantly. But the study on the use and administration in "nation-wide body-building path" was not enough. In order to know the use and administration of "nation-wide body-building path", and to service better for community masses fitness activities. The subject referred to "nation -wide mass sports investigation in 2001. we extracted 5 cities in the whole province, and investigated mass group of each physical culture administration and the six extracted fitness paths by the form of questionnaire, and analyzed on the results.The result of the research indicated : the speed of construction of nation-wide body-building paths in each city of our province is: investment quantities and increasing quantities of the path is increasing constantly every year from 1997, which amount to its top in 2003,after that appear a little drop -down. For these years, from the use of "nation-wide body-building path", the construction of community sports is mainly the government, the social strength don't join enough, the administration and protection of the nation-wide body-building path belongs to community, and the city physical culture administration have function in command and coordination aspects. Owing to the different development of economic culture, the government attach importance in community sports differently. Among them , the capital of our province...
