It is a fundamental task for K12 curriculum reform in China to fully carry out the quality education. And how to establish the educational assessment system has become one of the most important tasks for the new curriculum reform.The Curriculum Reform on Basic Education (2001: 3) points out: "We must change the situation in which the distinguishable and selective function of assessment has been over-emphasized, as a result, we should set up a series of assessment system which can improve the development of teachers and students. " In a sense, it is a crucial factor for the success of the curriculum reform whether we can establish an assessment system that meets the needs of the development of quality education and the basic theory of the curriculum reform. In order to solve the theoretical and practical problems of the assessment system on the present basic education, this research puts forward that the study of the influence of formative assessment with the testing assessment and none-testing one can affect students' learning outcome and teachers can effectively assess the students' language knowledge, language ability, emotion and attitude if they're provided with some specific assessment methods and criterions.Nowadays, summative assessment is often adopted in language teaching assessment,...
