ObjectiveHypercholestermia can coursed the Atherosclerosis(AS) , is the important pathology base of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases, which have high death rate, and relate with public health. How to adjust the blood lipid effectively and improve the blood lipid metabolism are the warm spots in medical science nowdays. This study observes rats'weight,Lee Index and the blood TC with high cholesterin feed, and adopts the swimming as the measure,to analyses the weight Lee Index TC TG HDL- c LDL-c and the AI TC/HDL-c LDL-c/HDL-c ,moreover, on the base of the past study,it uses the Quantitative real-time RT-PCR to overview the gene expression of LCAT and SR-Bâ… in liver,so as to provide the experiment evidences for the therapy of Hypercholestermia and AS.Method52 male SD rats (190~210g) were randomly divided into one normol group(N) fed normal diet (n=20) and one high group(H) fed high-lipid-diet (n=32) according to the weight. After the H group were fed high-lipid-diet for six weeks and the models were prepared successfully(27 rats chosen out ), the 47 rats were redivided into four groups: NS(n=10),NE(n=10),HS(n=12),HE(n=15) according to the weight and TC. The exercise rats (NE and HE) swimmed for six weeks: the first ang 2nd week for 45min,the 3rd and 4th for 60min, the 5th and 6th for 90min. After the exercise rats swimmed six weeks, measured blood TC, TG ,HDL-c and LDL-c;analysed the gene expression of LCAT and SR-Bâ… on liver with Quantitative real-time RT-PCR.Conclution1 High-lipid-diet can induce the blood lipid metabolic disorder and cause the...
