Study On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Elite Basketball In Fujian Province

Taking the coaches, athletes and some experts of elite basketball in Fujian as subjects investigated, and by the methods of literature study, survey, interview, statistics, and logical analysis, this thesis analyzed and studied the present situation, confinement factors, and development countermeasures of elite basketball in Fujian province. Through compare, the author found that there are still some fall-shorts in Fujian elite basketball, including the number of athletes and instructors, the training and management system, the encouragement and competition system, the atmosphere of basketball and mass basic of basketball. The poor training condition, the short outlays, the lack of instructors and reserve athletes are also important problems await to resolve. This thesis also gave some advice on how to promote the basketball level in Fujian province. It includes strengthening the construction of the instructor team, enhancing the training of the reserves and universalizing the basketball, paying more attention to optimize the training condition, improving the cultural level of the athletes condition, reforming the system and setting up some effective encouragements system.
