The development of experiment technical ability of biology in high school is an important link in academic education .The new course standard of biology in high school point out to suggestion about assessment, assessment is the link of the indispensability in the teaching, is the important means that the teacher understands teaching process and adjusts to control the teaching behavior. The training of the experiment techmcal ability is one of the important link in the teaching, is also the important contents of assessment. Comparing with the traditional paper-and-pencil test, the mission of student's completion about experimental assessment is generally more complicated. It involves the integration and expanding of various knowledge and technical ability with several links, possible demands student use comprehensive knowledge and technical ability of the academics to solve. So the experimental assessment should regard the formative assessment as principle, the formative assessment has a multiple assessment standard, can't evaluate a student with a single standard. For example, to evaluate a student's experimental inquiry ability, the assessment standard will come from various aspects, putting forward of topic, design and operation of experiment, observation and record of the phenomenon and result in the experiment, analysis of phenomenon and result from the problem, getting an experiment conclusion and exchanging the result etc. Several standards to evaluate include three aspects, the knowledge, the technical ability in the experiment process and the emotion attitude.According to analyzing the course standard of high school biology, this text has summarized seven experimental abilities in high school biology: (1) the ability of choice topic and making an assumption ;(2) Ability of designing experiment to test suppose; (3) The ability of using instrument and operating experiment ;(4) The ability of collecting data; (5) The ability of processing data to get the experimental result; (6) Ability of expressing and analyzing experimental result to make a conclusion with analysis;(7)The senior ability of science method, idea, attitude, etc. I made up corresponding standards for seven kinds of experimental abilities, then discussed the way of experimental assessment with the principle of assessment design for guide and according to following...
