In my thesis, I analyze the current situation of high school students' communication abilities in Nanhai county according to the questionnaire and the talks, and I illustrate what causes the consequence. Based on this, the strategies to cultivate the students' communication abilities are put forward. First, I think the school managers should establish a guiding ideology of the right management system. That is to say the managers should realize the importance of communicative education, try to understand the essence of education again, manage to carry out the ideology of humanity management, give teachers and students multi-assessment. Second, the school managers should adopt the training model of multi-interaction. I also explain this model's procedure, its key words, its theory base and its typical advantages. The key point to practice this model is to set up a new and kind relationship between teachers and students, to make use of the strategy of negotiated learning. Third, all the teachers should enhance their instruction to the students on how to communicate with other people successfully, coach them at the appropriate time by using the suitable method, help them to solve the problems they meet in their life so as to explore the students' living intelligence. Fourth, the teachers should make full use of all the educational resources to improve the students' communication skills and personality, such as unity, cooperation, tolerance, honesty and respect their parents and teachers. By all the means mentioned above, we can promote the students communication abilities, make a good foundation on their further study or make good preparation for their entering our society.
