But student of national tradition sports in the sports specialized colleges' raises system's change is comparatively solely, such as the computer and English ability is too bad, that is in the obvious inferiority situation in the social demand. The employment values characteristics are: they realized self is important, the occupation choice utilized, the employment method diversified, the self realization feeling strengthened, the competition consciousness standed out. 3. Employment values' influence factors: The age, the sex, the political appearance, the home economics condition, individual health condition and so on , they are the primary factor which affect the employment values' form.Finally, in present, we are aim at the national tradition sports specialized university student' employment values situation and the characteristic, and proposed several Countermeasures: first, optimize the professional education, including the student raise plan, the instruction plan, conform the curriculum, guides the university student to set up correct professional treatment view and so on; second, builds up the convenient environment to mold the correct employment values, including builds up the convenient social environment and builds up the convenient school environment; third, strengthens starts undertaking consciousness, it concludes raise starts undertaking ability, starts an undertaking advanced model, the implementation which the popularization the idea and the channel, sets up independently starts undertaking education, raise starts undertaking the ability and so on.
