Analysis On The Relationship Between Woman Education And Woman Sports Of Modern Age

This paper mainly studies the relationship between the modern age(1840—1949) woman education and woman sports. And the author tries to elaborate the formation reason, shape and contents etc., separately from the lengthways and lateral angles. Finally the author attempts to give a conclusion that there is a corresponding relationship between them, which is promoting and containing each other. This paper includes five parts.The introduction analyzes the research present condition and characteristics of the relationship between the modern woman education and woman sports, elaborates the base and significance of the research, explains the time and related concepts of the research, and puts forward the research methods.The first part is the rise of the Chinese modern woman education. From lengthways angle, it expounds the formation, development process and main contents of the modern woman education and each group thoughts.The second part is the evolution of the modern woman sports. The school education is the carrier of the development of woman sports. Chinese woman sports have a beginning in the missionary school, formation in Chinese woman school and development in the woman sports school. The modern school education system is continuously perfect to provide a guarantee with athletics for woman sports. Various women organizations and women's activities in society enrich the contents of woman sports. And with newspapers and magazines for battlefield, in the modern age the leader's thoughts of the progressive parties is the base of the modern woman sports.The third part is the analysis on the relationship of woman education and woman sports in the modern age. There is a corresponding relationship between them, which is promoting and containing each other.The promoting part is the main aspect, for the modern woman education helped realize woman sports. While the development of woman sports perfect the other and make an outstanding contribution for the woman's liberation. But the thoughts of"the soldier citizen's doctrine"and"new understanding wife and loving mother"and utilitarianism woman education are the negative factors that baffling woman sports develops completely.The last one is conclusion, takes a full view on the paper and attempts to give opinions and suggestions.
