The teachers' major development is one of the most important academic circles.The word 'recollection' is also used more frequently in the new curriculum reform..By now this domain has been done deep research.But it is a great pity that scholars did less research on the study of teachers' major development and teaching recollection.The paper intends to say something about the topic based on reading notes, school-base research, lesson prearations and so on.The paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is introduction,mainly including the definitions of recollection and teaching recollection and as well as the problems of teaching recollection .The second part is the brief introduction to research information about the teaching recollection and teachers' major development at home and abroad.The third part to the sixth part is the body,which mainly deals with the function, principle , method, strategyof teaching recollection and so on.The seventh part draws a conclusion.This part reaffirms the significance of the teaching recollection again.We hope our educators could take quick action to join in the teaching recollection in order to improve ourselves.
