Concerning Maths teaching in junior high school,papers analysis and comment lesson is a common and vital lesson type.As for the current papers analysis and comment lesson,however,teachers frequently pay more attention to the analysis on papers,imparting knowledge,and criticism on students,but less to the methods of solving problems,students'participation,encouragement on students,teaching plans and important points.As a result,the effect of teaching is unsatisfactory.By adopting methods of interviewing,classroom observing and questionnaires,this paper conduct a survey among teachers and students in author's education system,profoundly analyzes the existing problems in the present papers analysis and comment lesson of junior high school's maths teaching,aimed to put forward several advice for reference to optimize papers analysis and comment lesson with the help of author's repeated teaching practice.By observing and studying three papers analysis and comment lessons in Longgang Region,interviewing 12 front-line teachers,this research raises issues from four dimensions:the teaching objectives,the teaching attitude,the teaching methods and the teaching effects of papers analysis and comment lesson.Questionnaires on students mainly conduct study on the following seven aspects:students' feelings about learning,teachers' preparation before class,students' gains on learning,teachers' evaluation on students' study,how teachers organize students to study,teachers' dealing on exercises and the situation of students' initiative learning.According to the analysis and conclusion on the survey data,this paper concludes several adverse factors in papers analysis and comment lesson.Furthermore,with the help of author's front-line teaching experience and repeated teaching practice,the author perfects the process of papers analysis and comment lesson in junior high school.The author's optimized process of papers analysis and comment lesson includes before-class,while-class and post-class.Before class,students are requested to correct their mistakes independently,make up for efficiency and have self-reflection while teacher are requested to have meticulous preparation for lessons and analysis on examination situation.During class,teachers are requested to scientifically arrange five teaching procedures,to declare the examination situation and interpret on teaching objectives,to comment on papers and explain on essential parts and to assign variety exercises for students for their development while students are requested to mutually correct mistakes and cooperate to achieve progress,to independently explain exercise and demonstrate typical problems.After class,students will consolidate what they have learned by completing layered exercises and teachers will keep track of the feedbacks as well as have reflection and summary.Eventually,this paper adopts methods of experiment contrast,contrast between experimental class and control class to conduct the changes before and after the optimization of papers analysis and comment lesson,in order to illustrate the improvement effect and the feasibility of optimization as well.
