With the in-depth development of educational reform, increasing modern educational technology is increasingly and widely accepted and used. At present, many schools are equipped with sets of multimedia teaching equipment. Modern educational technology has got further developed in the educational practice. However, educators, in the process of multimedia classroom practice, often feel not every lesson using multimedia can achieve the desired effects, and even some teaching effects of using multimedia teaching is still not as good as those using conventional teaching. An emphasis should be laid on the effect of multimedia education in the multmedia classroom teaching.Whether the effect of multimedia classroom is good or bad will have a great influence on promoting applications of the multimedia classroomis study considers that the outstanding multimedia classroom is not simple multimedia elements making up, but the integrated nature of art and multimedia. Thus, whether the video, sound, animation, pictures, multimedia elements can be rightly applied to multimedia classroom teaching is the key to improving the effectiveness of multimedia teaching, multimedia tools for classroom effects should be affirmed.The main issue is to study video and multimedia elements of the two voices in the classroom, using a literature analysis, survey, natural observation, research and experiments related to studies of research methods. This study first intreduce and analyse the multimedia classroom studies in the recent decade,and then based on the findings of the survey, the results of experimental research, into my practice teaching experience in psychology theory, the theory of teaching scenes, behaviorism learning theory, the study of theory building, the guidance, using deductive and inductive reasoning some relevant conclusions are reached as follows: Compared with conventional teaching methods, multimedia teaching means are more welcome by students; Multimedia teaching metheds compared with conventional teaching methods, have an irreplaceable advantages; Besides,viedo has a more significant effect than sound only.To ensure the teliability and the validity of that research, the questionnaire was carefully planned and designed, some necessary advice on how to answer the questions is given to the student. In the course of experiments, intermediate variables was controlled as much as possible, so as to make the survey and research in accordance with the reality. During the research practice, I summarized and analyzed memory accordance to the scientific methods such as law-related,memory test,provided which are in the book - "Experimental Psychology -- to study psychology"-written by B·H·Kantowitz an American experimental psychologist.I hope this study can be of help to the secondary school teaching and multimedia classroom teaching.
