On The Trained Personnel In Building A Harmonious Society: Problems And Countermeasures

Since the Central Committee of CPC, Communist Part of China, put forward the idea of building a socialist harmonious society, in-depth researches have been conducted in China. Laying much emphasis on the inherent relevance between the trained personnel and the socialist harmonious society, the thesis starts with the meaning of the socialist harmonious society, and attempts to offer an scientifically interpretation. The thesis put forward that trained personnel, playing a key role in building a socialist harmonious society, are central in the development of the nation as well as of the Party. Based on facts, the author analyses the status quo of the trained personnel in China, especially regarding the problems and achievements, and puts forward practical countermeasures that not only could help solve the problems but also are in line with the national conditions of China.
