Research On The Theory Of Socialist Harmonious Society And The Construction Of Harmonious Society In Mongolian Area

As an important content of theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the theory of socialist harmonious society is an important achievement in the theory of scientific socialism of new development of contemporary China;as a major strategic task of the overall layout of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,building a socialist harmonious society is an important embodiment of the scientific socialism in practice of new development of contemporary China.Harmonious society is the essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is the common pursuit of the Communist Party of China and the people of all ethnic groups in China.Social harmony has relation to construction of a comprehensive well-off society,modernized country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;deep research and discussion on the theory and practice of socialist harmonious society has an important theoretical value and practical value to deepen and promote Socialism with Chinese characteristic.China is a socialist country in the primary stage,and it is a country with the multinational fusion.The construction of harmonious society in ethnic minority areas is an important part of the construction of harmonious society in the whole country.Combination of theory and practice should be upheld.The theory of socialist harmonious society should be development of economy,politic and culture,obvious regional differences of agricultural and pastoral areas,pastoral farming,and integration of urban and rural areas,border areas,and distinct characteristics of the types of economic and social development.Tongliao(the former League of Jeerim)is the place with largest population of Mongols both in Inner Mongolia and China and historical and geographical features of Mongolian area and many types of economic and social development with outstanding representative.Since the reform and opening up,along with the rapid development of the national construction,Economic and social development of Tongliao has made significant progress,but it still has a great gap from "social harmony"requirements of the Party Central Committee and people's yearning for a better life.The task of building a harmonious society is undoubtedly very arduous.This paper illustrates the basic connotation and origin of theory of socialist harmonious society adhering to Marxist world outlook and methodology and on the basis of previous studies,trying to systematically puts forward the main countermeasures for constructing the harmonious society in Mongolian area from the social development-typical area of the actual situation of Tongliao according to the basic requirements of building a socialist harmonious society and the main problem of comprehensive analysis of Mongolian in the aspects of existence and economic,political and cultural development and its roots.It also more pragmatically answers some theoretical and practical problems of how to understand and build a harmonious society in the Mongolian region,and to provide valuable positive suggestions and theoretical reference for the construction of harmonious society in understanding and explanation of the basic connotation of the socialist harmonious society theory,including the relevant concepts of socialist harmonious society,the essence and the basic characteristics of socialism and harmonious society,the basic principles of building a harmonious socialist society,the important value of theory and practice of harmonious socialist society etc..The second chapter traces and teases the ideological origins of the theory of socialist harmonious society,including the concepts of harmonious society in the Chinese traditional culture,the western history and culture,utopian socialism theory and in Marx Engels' the theory etc..The third chapter mainly examines and summarizes the basic situation of the economic and social development of the Mongolian region in the perspective of the socialist harmonious society.Taking Tongliao as a typical area of the Mongolian areas,it summarizes the main achievements of economic and social development in Mongolian areas since the reform and opening up,and points out the main problems existing in the current economic and social development.The fourth chapter mainly studies and summarizes the causes of the problems existing in the economic and social development of the Mongolian region in the perspective of the socialist harmonious society.It mainly focuses on such factors and obstacles as restrictions of the material conditions and political development in the process of economic development,relatively slow political development,weaker cultural innovation,inefficient construction of advanced culture and a harmonious society.The fifth chapter puts forward and expounds the basic countermeasures of construction of harmonious society in Mongolian area in the perspective of the socialist harmonious society,including making clear the orientation of economy of Mongolian areas,strengthening the political construction of harmonious society in Mongolian regions and promoting the
