Flexible management is humanistic wise basing on psychology and behavior of people, which can come into being potential persuasion on people, so that it can make organization volition become self-conscious will and mode during management. So there is a large significance which it is put in practice on class management in common senior high school. It is required by education for all-around development, decided by study activity and psychology trait of student, and also established by inherent need of harmonious relation between teacher and student. It is because that class management is excess rigidity in senior high school.Reformation on class management of senior high school handles flexible management theory basing on psychology trait and behavior tendency in order to exchange idea, system and method of class management, and it need to enhance management of a teacher in charge of a class who has a flexible idea synchronously, so that it can help him to manage class in practice. Tactics of reformation on class management of senior high school are following:First of all, improving the flexible management quality of a teacher in charge of a class. The successful key is that a teacher in charge of a class should have ideas of flexible management of class and corresponding quality, carrying out its tactics and methods. So the basis and precondition of flexible management of class are advancing the quality of a teacher in charge of a class who must love his students, cultivate optimistic attitude and rear concept of humanistic management.Secondly, reforming management of a teacher in charge of a class in senior high school. It is a important aspect of management of a teacher in charge of a class in senior high school for class management, which decide the effect of management of a teacher in charge of a class, influence quality of a teacher in charge of a class and improve class management, which are the meaning of class Flexible management. So we must reform invigorative system a teacher in charge of a class, such as cultivating mode and assessing system.Thirdly, self-determinating in class flexible management. It emphasizes self-conscious behavior against compelled behavior; it protests leading against blocking. It calls for flexible method of job against stark method of job. Its target is consciousness of student, which accord with requirement of class flexible management that is the important tactic of reforming of class flexible management. It makes human being realization, exchange concept of class management and enhance students to depend on themselves. It required exchanging the role of a teacher in charge of a class by the form of infiltration to realize.Fourthly, adopting flexible method of class management. Method is the key to decide the work effect. The flexible class management requires us to base on mentality character of student of senior high school. There are four methods of flexible class management: flexible criticism, humanistic communication, elastic management, prompting in sensation.
