The reform school students are so frangible to infect HIV easily. So,it's important to act AIDS-Prevention Education to improve their knowledge,attitude,behavior and efficacy of AIDS-Prevention to protect them away threaten from AIDS/HIV after they returnning to society.As a part of "Research on IEC Skills Training and Education Model for AIDS-Prevention with Potential Teachers",this study is to discuss the impact of IEC (information,education,commucation) skills training for knowledge,attitude,behavior and efficacy of AIDS-Prevention with reform school students.The main methods of this survey are questionnaire and experiment. Students form One reform school in WuHan participating in the experiment,accepted IEC skills training.The effect was evaluated using the "IEC skills for AIDS-Prevention Questionnaire with middle school". And then we analyzed the date and find: pre-training and post-training measures showed significant differences for the experimental group, whose knowledge, attitudes,behavior and efficacy were greatly improved.1.IEC skills training improve knowledge of AIDS-Prevention among the experimental group, especially in the diffusing approachs and conception of prevention.2.IEC skills training change the experimental group's attitude to AIDS-Prevention , whose negative Attitude to the AIDS/HIV changed after the training.3.IEC skills training increase the chance to make health behavior,decrease the rejection to AIDS patient.4.IEC skills training enhance the efficacy of AIDS-Prevention among the object.So,IEC skills training was efficient for AIDS-Prevention Education in reform school.
