These years the ratio of teenagers who are addicted to synthetic drug is increasing unexpectedly, which are believed to be the hope of our national future and development. The addiction of synthetic drug has a serious threat to the teenagers’ physical and mental development. So it’s a absolute must that we should carry on the Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education for the teenagers. What’s more,many things can affect the development of the education of Yunnan Province, such as the special location, the complicated surroundings, the drug abuse at home and abroad,the rapid drug penetration, and the location closer to Golden Triangle. Schools definitely become one of the main places where we carry on the Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education. Primary and secondary school students are the main target groups who should receive the Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education. The project should set the Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education for primary school students as the starting point, the Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education for secondary school students as the basis group.Teachers have a direct effect on the primary and secondary school students, the quality and the level of the teachers’ competence can definitely affect the development of the students, let alone the improvement of the quality of teaching.With a series of basic theory and methods for reference, namely a narrowly definition of curriculum theory, the professional development theory for teachers,with many ways, that’s document research, questionnaire survey, on-site interview,participatory observation etc, the research take an on-site survey on the current situation of Yunnan School Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education research and training base. In addition to this, the research also take a spot-investigation on the Core teacher faculties train on Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education INSET of Primary and middle schools in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan, in order to find out some existing problems in these bases. According to those practical items, we discussed above, our aim is to put forward objective and effective measures and suggestions, to find a mode suitable to base on the Drug prohibition and AIDSprevention education INSET in Yunnan Primary and middle schools in ethnic minority areas. The meaning of the research is not only to broaden the view of Primary and Secondary School Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education INSET, to enrich the content of the Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education INSET, but also to promote the reform and development of the base mode. All in all,the research has played the role of promoting reform and development on base mode,and has a theoretical and practical significance.From the research, we can draw a clear conclusion safely, after studying Yunnan Province Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education--- teaching and training base and Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education INSET and Primary and middle schools in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan,there exists a lot of serious problems with training target, training content, training structure, training evaluation.Specific performances are below:First, the set of curriculum is unreasonable. Second,the training is more theoretical, lack of practice. Third, the structural mode of training course is too simple and non-multiple. The last one, it lacks a method and system used for training evaluating. Based on those problems discussed above, the research come up with some suggestions used for Primary and Secondary school of national location Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education INSET. First, we should make the training goal clear and reasonable. Second, we should make the training content complete, with some teaching patterns which can be used as a stimulating tool.Third, we should set a evaluation mechanism and attach great importance to the development of evaluation. Finally, in the reflection part, this study carry on the summary and reflection basing on the research on the Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education INSET in the Primary and middle schools in ethnic minority areas of Yunnan Province Drug prohibition and AIDS prevention education---teaching and training base.And on this basis, the refined induces "three-step" training mode,that is focus on training mode, practice application mode, reflection mode.
