Developing Actuality And Strategy Of Football Sport In High And Elementary Schools In Lijiang, Yunnan Province

During the development of the country's football sport, the cultivation of football supportable force plays an inevitable and strategical role. In order to have a rapid progress in football sport, the focus should be put on teenagers. The cultivation of football supportable force is considered to be so important, especially, the cultivation and dissemination of football force in high school and elementary school. The favorable development of football sport is able to provide abundant, unlimited and higher cultured people resource for the high-leveled football sport in China. Yunnan province, as one of the minority areas in the West of China, holds a comparatively poorer level of football. There are many reasons for this phenomenon, among which, the severe lack of supportable force of teenager football can not be neglected. The other serious problem is that the popularity of football seems to be far from enough. Therefore, aiming to effectively improve the actuality of football in Yunnan province, the development of teenager force for football should be solved chiefly. Similarly, in Yunnan, the research of football development in high and elementary school is inevitable.This thesis focuses on some high schools and elementary schools in Lijiang, which is a minority area in Yunnan. Taking the football actuality of high and elementary school in Lijiang as a theme, this thesis has made an investigation and analysis by means of literature materials, expert interviews, review and visit on spot, questionnaires and symbolic stat. The research mainly contains the following aspects: the actuality of football teachers; the support of school leaders toward football sport; paterfamilias' attitudes toward children's participation in football sport; the holding and competition of football in high and elementary schools; and the motivations of students to take part in football sport. Based on the systemic research of the football actuality and deficiency in Lijiang's high and elementary schools, there are some correspondent strategies bringing up.From above research, at present, the existing problems of developing football in Lijiang's high and elementary schools are as follows: the focus of school leaders toward football is not enough; low popularity of school football; school and family's partial recognition of football; the low enthusiasm and quality of football teachers; the deficient outlay onto football sport; the incomplete competition system; the lack of social focus and propaganda; and the insufficiency of government support.As correspondent strategies toward the above problems, the following points have been mentioned in this thesis: changing the concepts to improve the focus extent of football sport; improving the qualities of football teachers and completing the value system of coaches; strengthening the construction of football course; solving the problem of training and competition; making good medium propaganda of school football; forming a favorable environment to develop football sport; and reinforcing the support from government to the areas where football has been developed deficiently.
