Role Choices Of The Modern Educated Women In The Construction Of A Harmonious Society

The topic about women has been paid more and more attention. It's the duty of all the society to care about the women's destiny, their lives and their development. Women's destiny, their lives and their development are just like a mirror of the society which reflects its civilization and progress. Women and Society is always a new topic in the social development. It's a very real topic, also a topic about the future.Educated women are a group who has wit and civilization. In modern society, as the social development and higher education grow, women's quality has been improved step by step. The number of the educated women is growing. They fully participate in all the fields of social life with their wit and great creativity. They play an irreplaceable role in it.At the beginning of the century, we face up to the fact that we must construct a harmonious society. A harmonious society is the one which people is oriented and it must be progressive. It doesn't care about how people choose, but the opportunities people can choose. In this thesis its focus is on the educated women's role choices and role conflict in the construction of a harmonious society. Also it tries to find out the factors which influence the educated women's role choices, so that we can reach win-win situation between female development and social harmony. And more and more educated women can follow their dual role through better.The thesis has four parts. The first part is about educated women and a harmonious society, it mainly elaborates on the people-oriented core values, the definition, the important position and characteristics of the modern educated women in the construction of a harmonious society. In the second part, it focuses on the role characteristics of the modern educated women and their role choices. It centers on the main factors which influence the educated women's role choices in the third part. In the last one, it brings the social support from government and the role balance which the modern educated women themselves are searching for together, further to fulfill the harmony between women and social development.
