Teaching process is the process of teachers'decision-making.But the present condition of teachers'decision-making doesn't make the person optimistic in the actual teaching.It's unopen fact that the consciousness of teacher self's decision-making is cool.The teacher as the role image of decision maker is to be placed in very awkward condition all along. Teaching has often been oversimplified,moding,superficial,lost the life vigour and richness.For displaying the charm of teaching and enchancing the quality of education,we must rouse the consciousness of the teachers'decision-making,make a teacher become the real"decision-maker".This research is aiming at understanding the teachers'teaching decision-making from the different angel of view.Studing the teachers'decision-making in the true complexity teaching field.Providing the new thought to resolve the difficult condition in classroom.There are four parts in this thesis:Part one: This part analyzes the connotation of complexity,decision-making, teachers'teaching decision-making,it pays more attention to understand the teachers'decision-making.And reading of complexity to teachers'teaching decision-making is from curriculum practice and teacher thinking.Part two: To understand the meaning of teachers'teaching decision-making,we must not only understand the teacher main body,but also inspect the enviroment that the decision-maker gets along.This part analyzes the generative field of current teachers'decision-making:right field and psychological field.They originate from sociologist Pierre Bourdieu in France and psychologist Lewin in German.No one angle can replace the other one.And this thesis has carryout theory induction on current condition of teachers'teaching decision-making in our country. Part three: In this part, the author reflect the cause of current condition of teachers'teaching decision-making,and analyze its possible influencing factor.The objective cause include the repress from bureaucrat system and teachers'absenting from teacher-proof curriculum.The subjective cause include the missing of teacher self and depending on the textbook.And there are three kinds of influencing facter:factor on situation,factor on intelligence,factor on mood.Part four: We can see a few common characteristics of teachers'decision-making of high quality.And teachers'teacheing decision-making must be a whole process.It includes that the definition of the situation,the planning of the action,the organizing of the action,appraising and feedbacking.
