In addition, largely based on athletic training theories about basketball playing, the thesis further reveals the characteristics of the development of basketball in modern universities and related factors that have great influence on the development, tries to find out something theoretically regular, and brings up corresponding strategies that are suitable for the eight teams'training on tactics and techniques and that can effectively improve the capability of individual team members, so that the overall level of the CUBSL(中国大学生男子篮球超级联赛)/FUSC(中国大学生体育协会) games can be dramatically raised. Conclusion:1. CUBSL/FUSC games should keep tightly up with the trend of global development basketball arena through scientific selection and training. Teams that can rival their counterparts from Europe and America should be set up by training and strengthen theirs players in series of CUBSL games.2. In daily training, practice of footwork without balls should be increased so that the trainees'interests can be aroused by various training means and methods.3. It's advisable to replace simple practice with competition, which can enrich the players'competing experience, enhance their assurance, and lower the degree of nervous tension as well as the rate of turnovers.4. The keys to getting rebounds as many as possible during the game is to enhance the players'sense of possibility of getting both offensive and defensive ones, to put emphasis on building physical capability, to make reasonable use of confrontation skills and to add the numbers of players who reach out for the rebounds.5. Defenses must always be actions of the whole team showing quality of perfect unity and plays must have good sense of additional defense and help defense.6. Tactical coordination should tend to be simple, practical and highly effective; coordination of two or three players should be increased; and an offense should be accelerated as swift as it may be so that it can be accomplished before the rivals have prepared themselves for an effective defense.
