Study On Region-serving Problem Of Local Technology College

Nowadays, with the rapid development of higher education, the local college has become the great power to boost the development of the regional economy. It is the important mission for the local college to serve by constructing the regional economy and advancing society. It is not only the imminent need for the local economy to construct and advance its social needs but also for the local college's self-development to actively participate in constructing the regional economy. Through the regional services, the enthusiasm of the local government and all the circles of the society will be inspired to serve the development of the local college, and the college will be urged to actively adjust its running orientation to combine the college's teaching, research, and social service with the regional development closely. Serving the regional development will not only extend the existing and developing space of college, but also meet the needs of the regional economic development and society's advancement.On the basis of other studies, the thesis mainly explores college's professional development and the process of region-serving profession and analyses the existing problems and causes produced in the course of local colleges'region-serving. From broadening serving contents, creating serving style, constructing new mode and system suiting for area development and so on, the author demonstrates the characteristics and effective ways of local colleges'region-serving to improve the effect that local colleges serve their region and therefore to guide their region-serving.
