University student groups are building the knowledge class. Undergraduates' interpersonal level of coordination is directly related to the physical and mental health of college students and the learning of life. The study to the undergraduates, not only has become an important component of mental health, but also a focus on psychology and education of research. With the development of society, the emergence of new forms of contacts, the university students' interpersonal relationship has a number of new features. This requires the development of new research to adapt to the new situation.Because our scholars in research field of the university students began rather late, many foreign scale yet localized, scale for assessment of the university students in China at present is lack still, in particular, we need to establish an effective and objective tools that comprehendsive evaluation of interpersonal relationship. Already in the interpersonal study, the different dimensions of human relationships are often separated, mostly students and measurement scales for a certain type of contact. Measuring results that students in certain areas often reflects the level of interaction between people convicted of the overall level of the students. This analysis of the student population of the interpersonal situation led to a misunderstanding. This error in judgment actually cut the overall individual students on the inter-linkages between different types of interpersonal relationships.Therefore, based on the lack of measurement tools targeted at the student population in the interpersonal aspects of interpersonal relationships and self-concept of the extent possible in different ways, from the practical needs of this study, according to the characteristics of the new forms of exchanges between students in the literature reviewed. On the basis of interviews, open to the survey analysis and a survey of early Exploratory Factor Analysis, established the "Undergraduates' Interpersonal Relationships Questionnaire".We divided "Undergraduates' Interpersonal Relationships Questionnaire" into reality interpersonal and virtual-space interpersonal two dimensions. The interpersonal reality which also includes teacher interpersonal, schoolmates interpersonal and living interpersonal factors. The virtual-space interpersonal relationships is the development of new forms of relationships and different from a general sense of cyberspace relationships.Using "Undergraduates' Interpersonal Relationships Questionnaire" with the "Tennessee Self-concept Questionnaire", 413 university students in Guangxi had been measured .The result showed that:(1)Through the factor analysis and model testing, "Undergraduates' Interpersonal Relationships Questionnaire" had good reliability and validity. It consists of schoolmates interpersonal, teacher interpersonal, living interpersonal and virtul-space relationship dimensions. It can be used as a sort of measuring tool.(2)The reality relationships of the subjects were all right collectivity, and there were differences between cadres and nor-cadres, and the reality relationships were correlated with self-summation about their ability and contentment about the reality (P<0.05).(3)The schoolmates relationship had significantly differences on genders(P<0.05), girls were better than boys; and schoolmates relationship was rather correlated significantly with self-concept(P<0.01).(4)The teachers relationship of the subjects was not correlated with self-concept significantly(P>0.05).(5)The living relationship was correlated significantly with social-concept and psychology-concept, and it could mutual predict throngh regression analysis.(6)The virtul-space relationship was not correlated with self-concept(P>0.05), there was significantly differences between arts and science undergraduates, and science students' virtul-space relationship of score was higher than arts students'.
