While the curriculum reform of national basic education is deepen all around China,the scores assessment system of the entrance exam to senior high school shows aninnovative and multivariate tendency with level scores system as the mainstream. Thescores assessment system is one of the most important parts of the process of educationreform, while is concerned by the mess of domestic education theoretical researchers andthe teachingt staff. However, we are still lack of a scientifical, thorough and systermaticalresearch from all sides.This research analyse the present reform condition of scores assessment system fromtheory and conducte an investigation to the scores assessment system in secondary schooleducation all over the world with a horizontal and vertical comparison, as well as inquiryinto some problem of the scores assessment system. The author affirms that every kind ofscores assessment parttens has the same statues in the whole system, what we are lookingfor is not the best scores assessment parttens of the entrance exam to the senior highschool but the most suitable one. The present one suits the request of the exam to a certainextent, but we should still improve it from humanistic care, scientific exam and technicalanalysis. Practice has proved that establishing a perfect and complete scores assessmentsystem of the entrance exam to the senior high school is still a long way to go.
