Design And Implementation Of High School Academic Performance Management Analysis System

Analyzing test scores is an estimate standard of teaching effect for teachers in the school. Statistics and analysis are necessary for test scores of each subject after each test, witch is organized by the grades and the school, in order to determine whether students’ acceptable and teaching method properly. Because of too much work and heavy repetition, it’s easy to error to rely on manual calculation and analysis if the number of students is overmuch. It’s imperative to design a system for analyzing test scores, in order to change this situation and reduce the time and energy, witch is spent in calculating by teachers, and analyze the test scores exactly. Therefore, the writer uses VBA programming to design and realize a system of analyzing test scores for high school.This article mainly introduce the requirements, concept, and design, realization process of the system of analyzing test scores. First of all, the writer makes a demand investigation for this system.The related information of all the grades are confirmed by the actual demand of different grades. Then, it can count up the result of each module after the related information is filled in the main menu. This system is mainly to realize the function of each module through the VBA language. In the end, the system will give the results of each functional module, and show the part of the code.In this paper, the system consists of eight parts. Namely, fill the information of the main menu, and import the initial data, subject analysis, re-ranking if the score is wrong, save the ranking, which means that this ranking will be saved for the last after the analysis to prepare for the next time, the analytic graph of average trend for comparing the outstanding students with the whole class, statistics of the band score, which divide the test scores into two aspects, statistics of branch and total score, the analysis of correlation and the analysis of chart. The system can show the corresponding analysis results through the analysis and calculation of these projects.It can provide an accurate and efficient platform by making full use of VBA programming language, combining the concept of educational measurement and practical process. This system is eventually able to improve the work efficiency of teachers in our school. It can help them save a lot of time and energy.
