While this study enriched the pre-school's education process equality of opportunity for theoretical exploration; The other hand, provided a case for the empirical study .This study selected family background sources more complicated of higher kindergarten class. The participatory observation, interviews and a questionnaire survey were selected for the qualitative research of education process equality of opportunity . The results showed that equal and unequal phenomenon coexist in the classroom of the teacher and children's classroom interaction.Art teaching is reflected equalization that the teacher teaches children in their own characteristics. Teacher teach "special children" implemented with compensatory education.However, inequalities exist in the Language, Mathematics'teaching. The performance of the unequal phenomenon is mainly like as following :1.Whether the object or the content and the mode of interaction between teacher and individual child is differently. In the class there are "star people", "headache", "marginal people" in both. Teacher give "star people" more interactive opportunities in active way. "marginal people" is a unknown group of people in the class, teacher give them less interactive opportunities in neutral way. At last, the interaction between teacher and "Headaches" is more negative.2.The interaction between teacher and the group of children are significant differences. Capabilities as a standard of separate group ,the children treated as strong capacity or weak capacity. Child with strong capacity learning in a democratic, positive environment. But the "Weak" learning in the critical, negative environment, they haven't equal learning opportunities in the classroom.The main factor of unequal phenomenon in teacher and children's classroom interaction is the children's own features, children's family background, teacher's concept of education, the education level of teacher and the communication between teacher and parents. But the most important factor is the children's own features .
