The problem on how to orient "Matrix and Transformation" in high school curriculum reform which will be fully launched in Sichuan province is urgent to solve. From the history of Matrix and Transformation and the development of curriculum at home and abroad, putting matrix combined with the transformation, and orienting the study in 2×2 rank matrix, boosting matrix up the geometrical visualization as a algebra objects are a new perspective on knowing matrix.Three classes in Chengdu Seventh Middle School and Shuangliu Middle School were selected, and two teaching experiments of sub-class were made as curriculum schedule. There were 183 students to take part in this test, and 181 students passed this test, for 98.9%. Using a large sample independent Z test, It can be inferred that the possibility of the averaged scores overall of two key schools' science students which falling into the confidence intervals of (89.78, 91.50) and ( 82.79, 87.63) were 95% , significantly at a higher level. The result shows that "Matrix and Transformation"is a viable option at the high school, and the author makes a feasibility analysis. Meanwhile, combining with cognitive analysis of the process of learning Matrix and Transformation, the author puts forward teaching strategies accordingly. According to the case analysis of "mission and guidance" on QUASAR program in Pittisburge University, the author pointed out the token of the completed mathematical assignment. Aiming at the study about questionnaires before the experiment and after ,the author brought forward some advice about how to compile the teaching materials, and the combination of elementary and advanced , compulsory and optional teaching modes.
