In the teaching of biology in high school, experiment is an important component of it. By the experimental teaching to enhance students’ capacity of key concepts for understanding, is also one of the important ways to elevate biological scientific literacy of them. In the process of experiment teaching, it can cultivate students’ ability of independent thinking and practical ability, the experiment can also help students to master the basic methods of scientific inquiry.In the process of biology curriculum reform, the relative importance of the experimental teaching begin to sink in, in teaching materials and the proportion of more and more heavy. But now experiment out rate is so low due to large class sizes, insufficiency teaching time, narrow experiment material selection range, difficult operation, less obvious experimental phenomena, and numerous other factors like these.Since 2004, the current high school biology teaching materials has used for 12 years, it brought together a great of deal experience in the experimental teaching, such as the diversification of experimental materials selection, experiment reagent and steps of optimization, etc..And it needs further summary and summarized by high school biology teachers better learning from it. For another, the new curriculum revolution has been the order of the day and the new course standard will publish to the society by the end of the year as expected, so the writing of the new biology teaching material in high school will be in full swing. By using the existing practical experience, combined with the new revised curriculum standards for senior high school biology textbook, is an important and meaningful work. Therefore, The purpose of this paper is two:(1) carrying out high school biology teaching material of experimental revised offer literature research and practice on the basis of materials;(2) providing a reference for the high school biology experiment teaching.The specific method is as follows: through researching in parts of thecountry the use of PEP materials(Guangzhou, Beijing, Wuhan, Suzhou,Hengyang, Guiyang) conducted a questionnaire survey of the teachers and understand the course compulsory module 35 high school biology experiment, experimental results and necessary experimental settings, and for each experiment without do statistics. And the analysis of the 35 experimental amendments of compulsory high school biology textbook published by literature research, experimental revised opinions and suggestions and feasible analysis; experimental improvement to two specific cases, experimental revision effect; combined with the analysis of curriculum standards and teaching materials, to determine the specific amendments for each experiment, and draw out the high school biology experiment improvement list.
