On the basis of questionnaire that reflects problems, adopts the theory of ethics, sociology, physiology, pedagogy, jurisprudence. Then analyze the morality situation of college students by using ethics, so to discovery the factors that affects the sexual morality situation of college students. At last on the basis of analysis, it expounds the routes of sexual civilization actions that formed by college students from theory and practice aspects. Theoretically speaking, demonstrable essence and sexual morality principles that college students should obey are the theoretical proof of sexual civilization actions formed by college students. Practically speaking, if we want to educate the sexual morality of college students, just by combining theory and practice, it can guide the sexual civilization actions formed by college students, and can promote all-round development of college students.
