Survey And Development Countermeasure On The Current Situation Of Amateur Physical School's Track And Field Sports In Changzhou

Jiangsu is a powerful track and field province. The track and field sports in changzhou is in the forefront of Jiangsu.However,the sports achievements have been dropping in recent years.Amateur physical schools are main position where reserve for competitive sports are cultiuated.In pace with the further reform and development of market-oriented economy,Amateur physical schools in changzhou undertake an important mission.This article adopts documentary material,questionnaire survey, experts interview discussion,logical analysis and so on, reseaching deeply and analyzing on the current situation of changzhou Amateur physical schools managerial system of track and field,trainers sportsmen and so forth.Meanwhile,appropriate measures have been put forward in order to deeply promote the development of teenager's track and field sports train,increase technical competentence of track and field sports quickly,promote the position of changzhou track and field sportsin jiangsu,transfer more reserve talents to high-level sports team and provide reference.The result of research indicates that the teenager's track and field sports level in changzhou has been in the forefront of jiangsu province,especially short-distance run,hurdle race and so on.Nevertheless,the sports achievements appear rising and falling in recent 8 years.Management network of changzhou Amateur physical schools has began to take scope,management center of changzhou track and field are in charge of training and competitive daily work.However,track and field management center neglects managemen on physical schools atbasic level of county town in operation so that it influenz the selection of high-level sportsmen at basic level.There is some inadequacy of the input of funds.The system of reward trainer at basic level is not perfect enough that it is very diffcult to hence the activity of trainer's drill and competition.Track and field trainers have certain theory and practice level,but primary adsenion trainer few apply modern technical skills to organize train.On the other hand,the trainer's arelevel of foreign language is not hige enough in common.Few trainers are able to refer to data in foreign language.Trainer basically organize train according to "the requirment of Track and Field Teaching Train Programme." But the degree of science is not high.Reserve service and medical guarantee are lack in work.Majority of sportsmen hope to go on specific train and raising cultural level after gratuation,but the situation of employment is not optimistic.This article put forward appropriate development measures in virtue of above problems:increase the imput of publicity and universality or teenager's track and field sports,giving play to the former superiority,define the layout of track and field project ;further strengthen management and increase the input of funds ,further strengthen the distribution of the team trainer and sportsmen, perfect the condition of train uninterruptelly and improve the degree of science on train.
