Sports in China ushered in the unprecedented upsurge, 2014, the State Council is the first national fitness rose to national strategy, the development of social undertakings of physical culture and sports is the inevitable requirement to improve the level of physical fitness of the Chinese nation and health,social sports instructors of social sports as the organizer, leader, in the promotion of national fitness has a crucial role. To strengthen the development of social sports instructors to meet people’s diverse needs of sports, guarantee and improve the livelihood of the people, is conducive to expanding domestic demand, increasing employment, foster new economic point of growth, to carry forward the national spirit,strengthen national cohesion and cultural competitiveness. The development process of social sports instructors in different parts of the world, and now the development of social sports instructors in Changzhou City, whether to give full play to its role in the eyes of the masses of its impact is how? This is a question that is worth exploring, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and opinions for the current situation and problems, and provides an effective way for its sustainable development.This article mainly uses the literature material law, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method and the logical analysis method to carry on the investigation to the Changzhou social sports instructor and the fitness training. The results show that:(1) the overall quantity of social sports instructors in Changzhou city is adequate, the proportion of social sports instructors and the total population of Changzhou city is more reasonable, higher than the national standard.(2) the proportion of each grade is out of balance, and the level of the quantity is too much in the two or three class social sports instructors, the grade proportionstructure still needs to be further improved.(3) the age structure of aging is serious,more than half of the social sports instructors are retired, full-time personnel less.(4)the ratio of male to female is reasonable, the ratio of male to female is 1.27:1, which is favorable for the healthy development in the future.(5) the overall level of education is relatively low, and there are fewer personnel in professional education and training, and the narrow access to knowledge and technology sources.(6) most of the social sports instructors in Changzhou city are mainly in the dance class, exercise class and Tai Chi.(7) the number of social sports instructors to the masses per week is concentrated in more than seven times, but each time is not long, all in an hour or so.(8) the guidance of social sports instructors in Changzhou is not long, the vast majority in ten years, due to the social sports instructors in Changzhou started late, with many years of experience of the staff is not much.(9) the training of social sports instructors in Changzhou in accordance with the requirements of the state, but the training assessment model is too rigid, the lack of practical significance.Through the investigation and study, the control factors of social sports instructors in Changzhou city are: material funds, site equipment, organization management, public awareness of fitness and public opinion and so on. In order to solve the above problems,put forward some suggestions for improvement:(1) to strengthen the basic organization contact, pay attention to the role of social sports organizations(2) innovation management mode, promote hierarchical linkage in the organization and management system, set the system to promote social sports instructors sustained and orderly development(3) open up new mode of culture and education, combined with the advantages of colleges and Universities Sports Association was effective to accompany raising. |
