The sports dance is by the partner in the smooth place, mix with music, along anticlockwise, according to certain set pattern graded of rank, draw support from human movements, display each emotion and skill, represent the beautiful dance sports events with extremely high artistry that the heart and body unify.The research object is people who participated in professional group (age 16-21year old)in 2005 the 15th session of national sports dance championship. Passing the way of documents and materials,visiting experts,investigation,questionnaire,mathematics and physics statistic scientific research methods , draws the following conclusions.1,The situation of sports injury of sports dance is serious.2,Spots of sports injury is in turn: the knee , the malleolus, the tip of toe, the waist, the pate, the calf, the shoulder, the upper limb, the back, the hip , the buttocks, the face.3,Sports injury of player is primarily the chronic injury, acute injury is for auxiliary. Below the age 18 years old players has the acute injuries proportion to be bigger than below 21 years old players'.4,Latin causes more sports injury than modern ,and many sports dance is the acute injury; the proportion of modern players injury is slightly, and there are many is the chronic injury.5,The primary factors of cause sports injury of sports dance is in turn, including the physical quality poor, the technical main point not correct, the dance partner does not coordinate well, the warming-up exercise unreasonable, overstrain in sports, injury cannot obtain the prompt treatment and the positive adjustment. in the training.6,The prevention of sports injury including six factors: Strengthens the physical quality training, consciously strengthens exercises and raises between dance partner's coordination, reasonably the warming-up exercise, strengthens the correct technical main point the study, observes the science training principle, strengthens the medical affairs to supervise the mobility to be weary.
